Bubble tea, tea houses, Asian bakeries and dessert shops in this group are usually walk-in, counter-order businesses with a menu board overhead listing sweetness and ice levels you can adjust when ordering. Standard bubble tea customization includes sugar level (0-100%), ice level, and a choice of toppings like boba pearls, pudding or jelly, usually at a small extra charge. Asian bakeries sell items individually with tongs and a tray, cafeteria-style, rather than pre-boxed, and pastries are typically less sweet than Western bakery items. Lines build up quickly after school and in the evening, especially near colleges. Most of these businesses accept cards and mobile pay and skew younger in clientele and atmosphere.

Huntington Beach is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Huntington Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Visiting this market made my day so pleasant. I almost felt at home (where Iβm from has strong German heritage). The aesthetics of the building exterior were gorgeous with statues of German people and nice German architecture. The grocery selection was magnificent, I liked the candies and wanted to try some other items but was short on cash. I would come here again and again and get one of everything if I could. π I highly recommend this German Deli!

This place is a hidden treasure. I saw a video on Instagram showing the princess cake and the cake flights. It looks so delicious and I was only 11 minutes away upon arriving and saying the names for parking spots. All in German was super cool. Itβs a neat little village with a beer carton they have live music, clean bathrooms, and the German deli store is super cool. The people that work there are very helpful, very professional and knowledgeable of their product. All the cakes are made in house and absolutely delicious. We tried the princess cake, the mocha, and the German chocolate and the black forest fun fact German chocolate cake is not German. Itβs named after a man named Mr. German we got some French butter and some sauerkraut. They have a lot of really awesome things. There are 10 out of 10. Recommend checking out this location spend a couple of hours and go through all the shops. You will not be disappointed.

Great specialty store inside old world village. There's too much great stuff to describe in just one review, But if I have to highlight anything it would be their deli and their bakery counter. They also have some good liquor selections and a lot of other goodies in between those categories. They're a little bit more expensive than most places, but this place is European themed and some other items there you can only find online. Plus it's just delightful to go to Old World village and just poke around through the stores looking for the things you've always wanted to try but don't think about until it's in front of you. Definitely worth a trip to go get a pretzel, a fresh loaf of bread, or some good Bavarian sausage.
